On Wednesday, our small group headed out to the city for the evening. The plan was to make a build-a-bear but we had no idea who it was going to be for. After much thinking and praying, a beautiful, young girl came to mind. This girl is quite sick and has barely been in school and has lost a lot of friends because of all of this. Tesh and I both agreed that she would be the perfect person to bless. As we were on our way to build-a-bear, we picked out the name Hope for our bear. We thought it was a cute way to give someone hope.
Thursday, when we brought it to her (like most Tesh and Brae Day's) we stopped to pray first. It's always comforting knowing God is with us as we go out to bless people. When we went in, her mom lead us to where she sitting. She was so shocked! AHHHH! Man, i'm so pumped! We stood around for a bit and then we took her out for coffee, then we went and watched a movie. It was defiantly emotional! God is so so good!
